Reuters got exclusive access on Feb 20 to the latest forecast for Argentine soy and corn production from a source at the Buenos Aires Grains Exchange. Argentina is one of the worlds biggest soy and corn providers. Grains traders at the Chicago Board of Trade are closely monitoring the countrys production figures as the crop matures to judge damage from a severe drought that has slashed output projections and fanned volatility in the Chicago soybean market.
