Reuters leaves rivals behind on news of Temasek's $1.5 billion CCB rights investment 11.11.2010 Reuters was ahead of everyone else in reporting on Nov 11 that Singapore state investor Temasek was increasing its stake in China`s No. 2 lender CCB by taking over the rights entitlement of Bank of America, an investment of about $1.5 billion. Reuters was ahead of everyone else in reporting on Nov 11 that Singapore state investor Temasek was increasing its stake in China`s No. 2 lender CCB by taking over the rights entitlement of Bank of America, an investment of about $1.5 billion. Temasek confirmed the news to Reuters half an hour after a source-based story hit the Reuters screen. Rivals quoted the Reuters story until Temasek confirmed it to them.
