Reuters three hours ahead of Dow as Morgan Stanley nailed for Merrill raid

We were first to report on Nov 12 that a FINRA arbitration panel had awarded Merrill Lynch nearly $1 million from arch-enemy Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. It was revealed that Morgan last year broke some rules when it poached a team of five Montana brokers from Merrill. More than three hours later, a Dow Jones reporter who only follows regulatory and compliance news filed an identical story.
