Turkey’s IMF representative Hossain Samiei told Reuters TV in an exclusive interview on Aug. 13 in Ankara that the recent strong demand for Turkish bonds meant there was less need for Turkey to have IMF financing. But he added that constructive talks were continuing to secure a deal.
