McAfee shares rise after CEO gives bullish outlook in Reuters interview

McAfee shares rose 3.2 percent on the morning of Sept 25 after Reuters published an interview the previous evening with the companys CEO, who said he was upbeat about the companys business as it headed into the final week of its second quarter. The stock outperformed the Nasdaq Composite Index, which fell 0.5 percent. FBR Capital Markets raised its recommendation on McAfee after the interview was published, saying the company was poised to post better-than-expected earnings.
