Reuters beats Bloomberg in market-moving carbon auction. 01.07.2010 Reuters was 3 minutes ahead of Bloomberg in reporting the results of the biggest carbon permit auction to date. Prices for carbon permits called EU Allowances rose 1.6 percent following the news on a morning when prices had only moved 1 or 2 cents around the previous closing price.
