Shares in biotechnology company Cell Therapeutics slumped almost 40 percent after Reuters broke news on Feb. 8 that the U.S. FDA had questions about the safety and effectiveness of its proposed lymphoma drug. Reuters was 45 minutes ahead of Dow Jones, and Bloomberg was unseen.
